ITU Fest 19′
ITUFEST Back to School, organized by the ITU Clubs Association, marked a historic return to ITU Stadium after years of being without a festival. In addition to the musical performances from artists like Haluk Levent, Ceza, and Melek Mosso, the event’s significance was highlighted by its charitable purpose, with all proceeds going toward a scholarship fund for ITU students. The festival combined unforgettable live music with fair games, creating a vibrant atmosphere that brought together students and music lovers for a great cause.
Task
As the Promotion Event Coordinator for ITUFEST Back to School, my role was to manage and coordinate all promotional activities for the festival. This included crafting the event’s visual identity, overseeing marketing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the event reached a wide audience. I played a key part in promoting the festival’s unique aspects, such as its location at ITU Stadium and the special cause of supporting the student scholarship fund through event proceeds.
