Preptalks, organized by ITU Prepitü and sponsored by TikTok, brought together renowned actors and speakers for an engaging two-day event at ITU Campus. This event offered students the opportunity to connect with influential figures through interviews and discussions, fostering knowledge-sharing and networking. The event’s success was amplified by its strong promotional efforts, creating an interactive platform where students could gain valuable insights from industry leaders.
Task
As the Promotion Event Coordinator for Preptalks, I was responsible for managing all promotional activities surrounding the event. This included developing marketing strategies, coordinating with sponsors, and overseeing the communication and outreach efforts to engage students and attract attendees. I played a key role in ensuring that the event’s purpose and speakers were effectively promoted, creating excitement and awareness across ITU’s campus and beyond.
