Chill & Grill 19′
Chill&Grill’19, organized by the ITU Clubs Association, brought together thousands of ITU students on February 13 for a fun-filled event despite the cold weather. With the motto #YouWillNeverBeeAlone, the event featured music, food, and community spirit. Over 150 volunteers worked in the kitchen to serve 7,000 sausages and bread, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of unity and enjoyment. The event became a record-breaking success, reinforcing the sense of togetherness among students and academics.
Task
As part of the ITU Clubs Association, my task was to coordinate and promote the third annual Chill&Grill event. I was responsible for managing the event’s logistics, overseeing volunteer coordination, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the planning and execution. My role also included handling the event’s visual identity and promoting it to students and staff across campus, ensuring maximum participation.
