Mobile X Operator App

Mobile X is a mobile operator company that provides mobile SIM cards and related services to customers. X Mobile does not have any physical shops, so ordering Mobile X SIM cards, obtaining a phone number, and managing one’s package are all done through the mobile app. We want to design our app in line with our business objectives.​​​​​​​

Task

My task was to design the entire Mobile X business as a digital-first mobile operator from the ground up. This involved creating the company’s visual identity, including the logo, as well as designing the app’s user interface, prototype, flowcharts, and functional structure. I developed a seamless user experience that allows customers to order SIM cards, manage their plans, and access services—all within a fully digital ecosystem.
