In today’s business landscape, many companies conduct production and assembly operations in various locations, often distant from their headquarters. This Application project involves designing a digital product concept aimed at enhancing control over remote operations from the central office.
Task
For this project, I designed a mobile-first application concept to empower businesses with enhanced control over remote production and assembly operations. My work encompassed UI/UX design based on user research, system design for efficient data management, interactive prototyping for iterative refinement, gamification to encourage user engagement, and a comprehensive app design that provides central offices with real-time visibility and control.
