Dot Assist is an AI assistant from Usersdot that analyzes customer questions from e-commerce marketplaces and prepares suggested replies. Merchants can review and edit answers, define rules and attributes, and improve accuracy over time. The result is faster support, less manual effort, and a more consistent experience.
I redesigned the desktop homepage to give active users a clear, guided start to their work. I led UX analysis, information architecture, wireframing, and visual design. The new layout highlights weekly activity, response performance, and actionable notifications with CTAs so users can understand what is happening and act quickly. I also prepared a developer-ready Figma file with components, styles, and specifications for handoff.
